Job Description

Position Overview

The USA Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a key member of the leadership team and will help drive our next phase of growth. The CMO will develop and execute all aspects of Corpay’s USA marketing strategy across multiple lines of business, including Vehicle Payments, Payables, and Workforce Lodging, while leading important corporate strategic marketing initiatives. This role is based at Corpay’s headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing activities for the US lines of business (Vehicle Payments, Payables, Workforce Lodging) by overseeing four functional areas:
    • Product Marketing: Conduct market research, define product positioning, work on pricing strategies, and develop marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
    • Creative/Brand: Oversee the Corpay brand image, ensure consistent application of brand guidelines, ideate creative messaging, and execute brand campaigns.
    • Demand Generation: Manage lifecycle marketing, campaign planning and execution, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
    • Digital and Website: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing to drive digital sales.
  • Lead corporate-wide strategic marketing projects for new partnerships by identifying revenue opportunities, sizing revenue potential, defining roles, negotiating and executing commercial contracts, and developing marketing plans to realize partnership goals.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA strongly preferred with 10+ years of experience post-MBA in a corporate marketing environment or within a large strategy consulting firm in B2B services.
  • Proven deep product marketing expertise and strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • A creative and innovative go-to-market strategist with an "idea a minute" modus operandi.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to recruit, develop, and motivate top marketing talent.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with Line of Business Leaders, Sales Leaders, and the executive team.
  • High sense of urgency, strong results orientation, and unwavering ethics and integrity.
