 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Follow SOPs and participate in process improvement initiatives to ensure compliance and audit readiness</li>

 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">2-4 years of LMS or application support experience may substitute for degree</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Experience troubleshooting LMS issues related to user access and assignments</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus</li>
