Position Overview
An established Fueling and Mobility services company is undertaking an exciting project to consolidate multiple IT applications into a single global platform, expanding availability beyond its current market in Texas. This opportunity is for two entry level Help Desk candidates who will work on the overnight shift, providing essential IT and operations support. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for internal technical and operational issues while assisting with inventory monitoring and safety stock support.
Location: Energy Corridor area of Houston, Tx
Schedule: Overnight shift from 8pm - 6am, 40 hours per week (4 days on / 4 days off) with additional 24/7 on-call support on weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the focal point for resolving IT and operations related internal issues during the overnight shift.
- Monitor and report on IT supply inventory while ensuring adherence to safety stock limits.
- Provide on-call support on weekends and assist developers with triage issues when needed.
