Software Programmer

Position Overview

We are a fast-growing company specializing in innovative technology solutions. At Vega Soft' Inc, you will play a pivotal role by collaborating with customers, business analysts, and team members to design and deliver quality technical solutions aligned with business and IT strategies. This role involves the full systems life cycle – from design, coding, and testing to implementation, maintenance, and support – within a dynamic, global environment that prizes honesty, integrity, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Code and test programming for in-house software programs
• Debug code for existing programs based on immediate need
• Conduct end-user training upon completion of software
• Balance work across multiple projects and respond to tech support requests promptly
• Implement systems in the in-house production environment
• Report issues and concerns immediately to the IT manager
• Troubleshoot system bugs and issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years’ software development experience
• Extensive experience with Java, C#, SQL Server database, and C++
• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and troubleshoot problems quickly
• Commitment to continuing education in computer programming (training at employer’s expense)

Preferred Qualifications

• HTML and CSS experience preferred
