Job Description

Position Overview

House Buyers of America is seeking an Inside Sales/ Lead Manager responsible for converting incoming prospects into leads in a high‐volume pre‐sales environment. In this role, you will answer inbound inquiries, follow-up aggressively on missed or after‐hours calls, and utilize various methods of contact to reach prospective sellers. You will set appointments for Real Estate Consultants, audit and assign leads, and provide general sales support. House Buyers of America, founded in 2001 and headquartered in Tyson's Corner, VA, buys, renovates, and resells homes offering a guaranteed, fast, and hassle‐free sale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound inquiries and prospect calls from web chat and call centers
  • Aggressive follow up on "after-hours" or missed calls
  • Utilize multiple methods of contact (text messaging, e-mails, phone calls) to reach prospective sellers
  • Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants to continue the sales process
  • Audit leads to ensure they're followed up on appropriately
  • Assign leads that aren't auto assigned to Real Estate Consultants
  • Follow up on aged leads
  • Provide general sales support

Required Qualifications

  • Experience Required: 2+ years working in a high-volume inbound/outbound call environment
  • Demonstrated ability to follow up on leads to initiate the lead qualification process

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with consumers/homeowners
  • Experience in real estate
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
