Role and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will handle a variety of warehouse functions with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Perform inbound and outbound warehouse tasks, including unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing.
- Verify products are packaged and shipped accurately to meet quality and delivery standards.
- Comply with safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and behavior requirements, including overtime when needed.
- Operate computerized scanning systems and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA and hazardous materials guidelines.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
- For powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators: operate equipment such as Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett, and Turret Truck.
Required Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in environments with varying temperatures, noise, dust, and moving equipment.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, and move packages up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to receive and act on feedback.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening, background check, and physical lifting assessment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay of $19.30/hour with three increases in the first 12 months, reaching $20.50/hour, plus an additional $1/hour for PIE operators.

- Ability to access up to 50% of earned wages before payday based on hours worked.
