Position Overview

Front Page Agency is launching new operations in Fort Worth, TX this July 2025. The Entry-Level Project Manager role is designed for fast learners ready to step into leadership. You’ll manage client campaigns, coordinate marketing and outreach efforts, and be mentored directly by senior staff—all while enjoying full training and real responsibilities from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and rollout of local marketing and outreach campaigns
• Manage small teams during events and client activations
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to boost results
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met
• Help onboard new hires and set the tone for success

Required Qualifications

• A natural leader eager to grow, even if you are just starting out
• Ability to thrive in a people-facing, fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Located in or near Fort Worth, TX
• Open to training with no prior management experience required
