Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Associate to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in a supportive, fast-paced environment. The role is full-time, on-site, with a Compensation of $14.00 - $16.00 per hour. Flexibility is essential as priorities may shift throughout the day or week.

  • This is not a remote position; you will be required to work on-site at our office.
  • High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and strong initiative are essential.
  • No prior experience is required – we’re happy to train the right person.
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism are a must.
  • The role does not follow a fixed daily task list and is fast-paced with shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain organized records and files, ensuring easy access to critical documents.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Transcribe notes and documents accurately to support team communications.
  • Utilize phone systems effectively for communication with clients and team members.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Support clerical tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong phone etiquette for professional communication.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
  • Experience with calendar management and basic clerical tasks.
  • Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently.

  • Knowledge of phone systems for effective communication.
