Registered Nurse - Per Diem Night Shift

The New Jewish Home, Sarah Neuman campus in Westchester, is seekingPer Diem Registered Nursesto join their team. In this role, the RN will ensure resident/patient care, safety, and satisfaction, aligning with the organization’s mission, values, and goals. The position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure resident/patient care, safety, and overall satisfaction.
• Assess residents/patients’ care needs and develop appropriate care plans.
• Implement and monitor care procedures in line with organizational goals.
• Evaluate care outcomes and adjust plans as necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license and current registration in New York State.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Preferably at least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work effectively with adult and geriatric populations.
• Shift Hours:Night (11pm - 7am) every other weekend required.
