is a Technology Service Platform Company. We Build, Support, and Protect Business Information Systems. Our service platforms focus heavily on Endpoint Protection and End-User Access Security. Core Responsibilities:

You'll be responsible for engaging with clients, focusing on understanding their needs and identifying, communicating, and actioning service alignment with their expectations. You'll be responsible for customer experience.

Requirements:

This position requires a highly driven, self-motivated individual committed to customer service and professionalism. Understanding of technology and business needs is important.

How You'll Contribute:

  • Meet directly with new and existing accounts to determine technology gaps and identify development opportunities.
  • Present technology solutions, our software products, and other services to clients.
  • Maintain positive and friendly attitude, professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Maintain company standards for customer service satisfaction.
  • Document and facilitate real-time communications with customers and internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years previous experience: in a challenging account management/sales role with a proven track record of success. (Required)
  • Computer / technology sales: Desired but not required.
  • Hospitality/Healthcare/SMB account management/development background.
  • Reliable transportation: valid Driver's License and proof of insurance (Required).
  • High school or equivalent: (Required).
  • Proficiency: with using a PC and with Microsoft based programs.
  • Ability: to quickly learn, adapt, and follow new technology processes and systems.

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
