 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">CNA/HHA preferred but not required</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">TB test, background check, drug screen</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Reliable transportation preferred</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Comfortable with smartphone apps</li>
