Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to diverse land development projects from conception to realization.
- Work on essential infrastructure projects as well as parks and trails design.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and surveyors.
- Innovate and maintain high-quality, impactful designs.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency with Civil 3D.
- For Engineer I – Engineer II roles: 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- For Project Engineer and Project Manager roles: 5–10 years of relevant experience.
- Note: A valid California PE license is strongly preferred for mid to upper level roles, or candidates actively pursuing it after passing the national exam are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some work experience in an architecture, engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, or planning firm.
COMPENSATION
- Engineer I: $35.11–$40.23 per hour.
- Engineer II: $39.46–$46.25 per hour.
- Project Engineer: $98,612–$111,654 per year.
- Project Manager: $122,054–$154,044 per year.
- Salary based on skills & experience: $73,028–$154,044 per year.
