- Maintain and nurture relationships with internal business partners, including Custom Credit Bankers and Relationship Managers, as well as with clients and their family office personnel.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and contribute to large-scale planning efforts within the Wealth Underwriting team.
- Review and analyze multifaceted high-net-worth loan structures and provide clear recommendations for resolution.
- Make informed decisions on complex credit risk management issues in alignment with established policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate strategically with peers and senior managers, serving as a mentor within the team.
- Partner with Custom Credit Bankers and Financial Advisors to provide guidance on due diligence, credit assessments, and loan document negotiations.
