Experienced Electrical Engineer

Position Overview

In this role, experienced Electrical Engineers and Electrical Designers will lead complex, multidisciplinary electrical projects for mission‐critical facilities across sectors such as higher education, healthcare, sports, and retail. Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design from concept through project completion for large-scale projects.
• Oversee preparation of detailed design documents, system layouts, schematics, and specifications.
• Develop advanced solutions for complex engineering challenges and provide technical guidance.
• Mentor and supervise less experienced designers and engineers across multidisciplinary teams.
• Communicate with clients, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality compliance with industry standards.
• Contribute to business development efforts and maintain key client and partner relationships.
• Act as Engineer of Record when assigned, ensuring technical accuracy and accountability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or related field) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred and required for Engineers of Record.
• Familiarity with additional technical certifications (e.g., RCDD, NICET, CPD, LEED, WELL) is highly valued.
• Advanced to expert proficiency in electrical engineering design, related codes and standards, Revit, and Bluebeam.

Salary Ranges

• Los Angeles: $106,742 - $185,014
• Las Vegas: $96,620 – $167,469
• Denver: $101,221 - $175,444
• New York: $112,263 - $194,583
• Philadelphia: $101,221 - $175,444

Compensation may vary depending on geographic factors and other considerations.
