In this role, experienced Electrical Engineers and Electrical Designers will lead complex, multidisciplinary electrical projects for mission‐critical facilities across sectors such as higher education, healthcare, sports, and retail. Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering design from concept through project completion for large-scale projects.
- Oversee preparation of detailed design documents, system layouts, schematics, and specifications.
- Develop advanced solutions for complex engineering challenges and provide technical guidance.
- Mentor and supervise less experienced designers and engineers across multidisciplinary teams.
- Communicate with clients, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality compliance with industry standards.
- Contribute to business development efforts and maintain key client and partner relationships.
- Act as Engineer of Record when assigned, ensuring technical accuracy and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or related field) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred and required for Engineers of Record.
- Familiarity with additional technical certifications (e.g., RCDD, NICET, CPD, LEED, WELL) is highly valued.
- Advanced to expert proficiency in electrical engineering design, related codes and standards, Revit, and Bluebeam.
Salary Ranges
- Los Angeles: $106,742 - $185,014
- Las Vegas: $96,620 – $167,469
- Denver: $101,221 - $175,444
- New York: $112,263 - $194,583
- Philadelphia: $101,221 - $175,444
Compensation may vary depending on geographic factors and other considerations.
