About Us
Pat&Phil, Soya Sushi Bar, and El Sushi are expanding restaurant brands in South Florida, focused on offering high-quality sushi experiences and a premium positioning in the local market. We are seeking a Brand & Marketing Manager with a strategic mindset and execution capabilities to lead the brand's territorial growth, institutional expansion, and digital positioning. This role combines business development, experiential marketing, and strategic brand leadership.
Purpose
Design, lead, and execute the comprehensive brand growth strategy, ensuring:
- Increased market visibility.
- Strategic territorial expansion.
- Measurable traffic and sales generation.
- Strong digital positioning.
- Development of high-value institutional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Development and Market Expansion
- Develop and implement strategic brand expansion action plans.
- Identify and prioritize strategic sectors (hospitals, universities, corporate offices, agencies, residential communities, dealerships, and other sectors of interest in the market).
- Build sustainable strategic alliances.
- Generate measurable traffic to stores.
- Create territorial growth maps.
Experiential Marketing
- Lead in-person brand activations in restaurants and mobile tastings.
- Represent the brand's premium value proposition.
- Design strategic outreach campaigns.
- Schedule weekly visits and prospecting activities.
- Close collaboration agreements and institutional promotions.
Digital Marketing Management
- Oversee the generation of organic content (reels, testimonials, experiences).
- Design strategies to increase Google reviews.
- Implement a system of measurable promotional codes.
- Coordinate digital storytelling aligned with brand positioning.
- Implement ADS and SEO campaigns.
Sales and Conversion Management
- Convert institutional relationships into sales.
- Measure direct impact on revenue.
- Oversee the correct execution of in-store promotions.
- Ensure post-visit follow-up to maximize return.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or public relations.
- Strong sales mindset with measurable results.
- Knowledge of social media and content creation skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
