Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Rookie to develop and deliver omni‐channel communication strategies that enhance the customer journey, drive member acquisition, and boost engagement across diverse channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of internal and external communication plans across SAPAC for our CRM program.
- Partner with stakeholders to manage customer engagement activities across channels including CRM, mobile apps, website, in-store visuals, digital media, and product content.
- Analyze campaign performance to optimize campaigns and member lifecycles, focusing on increasing engagement rates, repeat purchases, and redemption activity.
- Take ownership of member acquisition and engagement KPIs by overseeing data analysis and generating regular reports for regional stakeholders.
- Proactively manage timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure high-quality, timely execution.
- Maintain and update CRM dashboards for real-time insights into campaign performance and member engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Current university student interested in CRM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate across teams.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data and deriving insights to improve campaign performance.
- Strong ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms or CRM systems.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and mobile app marketing.
- Experience in data science or analysis with the ability to maintain and enhance CRM dashboards.
