Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Rookie to develop and deliver omni‐channel communication strategies that enhance the customer journey, drive member acquisition, and boost engagement across diverse channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of internal and external communication plans across SAPAC for our CRM program.
  • Partner with stakeholders to manage customer engagement activities across channels including CRM, mobile apps, website, in-store visuals, digital media, and product content.
  • Analyze campaign performance to optimize campaigns and member lifecycles, focusing on increasing engagement rates, repeat purchases, and redemption activity.
  • Take ownership of member acquisition and engagement KPIs by overseeing data analysis and generating regular reports for regional stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure high-quality, timely execution.
  • Maintain and update CRM dashboards for real-time insights into campaign performance and member engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Current university student interested in CRM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data and deriving insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Strong ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms or CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and mobile app marketing.
  • Experience in data science or analysis with the ability to maintain and enhance CRM dashboards.
