Position Overview
At Iron Mountain, we empower customers with expert, sustainable solutions in records, digital transformation, and IT asset lifecycle management. We are seeking an experienced, motivated Account Executive, IT Assets to join our North America Sales team. In this strategic role, you will drive product portfolio growth and lead complex, multi-region digital sales opportunities to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Portfolio Growth & Pipeline Ownership: Accelerate product portfolio growth within dedicated accounts by focusing on strategic opportunities and expanding discussions to generate a broader pipeline while ensuring accurate CRM maintenance.
- Lead Complex Deal Management and Collaboration: Manage end-to-end deal processes—including qualification, proposal development, and closure—while collaborating cross-functionally for complex, multi-region opportunities.
- Strategic Partnership & Value Capture: Engage internal partners for broader account or cross‐Business Unit support and collaborate with product innovation teams to align roadmaps with customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in solution-selling, business development, or executive-level sales in enterprise technology, specifically IT asset solutions.
- Strong knowledge of industry, customer, and product domains (BPM, DXP desired).
- Proven ability in proactive problem-solving, stakeholder management, and diagnosing complex business challenges.
- Demonstrated enterprise mindset with a focus on results, resilience, and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant technical tools to provide detailed feedback and implement technical solutions.

- Salary Range: $107,500.00 - $143,300.00 + commissions.
