Position Overview

As part of the Finance team, you will oversee and manage a team providing technical accounting guidance across areas such as financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and cost control. As a Senior Manager, you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, maintain operational excellence, and interact with clients at a senior level to drive project success.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience Required: 6 years of experience in a finance role within a finance/accounting organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred
  • Broad understanding of SAP financial system
  • Experience managing technical accounting guidance for global consulting firms
  • Experience overseeing monthly general ledger closing processes
  • Skilled in developing methods to enhance financial statement reliability
  • Ability to align team goals with the strategic direction of the Firm
  • Experience providing financial counsel and support to internal customers
  • Familiarity with Firm-wide technical tools and digital solutions
  • Demonstrated experience coaching and leading a team

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary: $91,000 - $321,500
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus
