Position Overview

Inventory Counter / Auditor – Columbus, OH. Are you looking for a career or a part time job? Phyle Inventory Control Specialists (PICS) is seeking highly motivated, customer‐friendly individuals to perform precise inventory counts for retail merchandise. Our dedicated team members advance in their careers, with many moving up to management positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately count retail merchandise at designated inventory locations.
  • Follow assigned shifts (typically 5 to 7 hours) and complete counts efficiently.
  • Travel to various inventory sites; paid transportation is provided for locations beyond a 30-mile radius.
  • Utilize 10-key data entry when recording counts (experience is a plus).
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including using step stools to access high or low merchandise.

Required Qualifications

  • Availability to work first and/or third shifts.
  • Reliable transportation to reach inventory sites within the designated area.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, and stooping.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
