Position Overview

Dynasty Auto Sales, a Michigan-based, family-owned dealership, is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to generate leads through Facebook Marketplace. This remote, part-time, commission-based role offers complete flexibility – you choose your own schedule. Ideal candidates are hustle-driven, consistent, performance-focused, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

• Post vehicle advertisements on Facebook Marketplace
• Monitor and respond to Marketplace inquiries
• Collect customer names and phone numbers from interested buyers
• Accurately submit leads to our system
• Follow posting guidelines and maintain consistent activity

Required Qualifications

• Must currently live in Michigan
• Reliable, consistent, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Any experience level welcome

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Facebook Marketplace or in the automotive industry is a plus
• Proven track record of performance and results-driven work
