Job Description

Position Overview

Join AT&T and help shape the future of communications and technology. In this role, you will ensure that contractual obligations are interpreted correctly and oversee construction activities while enforcing AT&T standards. This Full-time Onsite role is based in Dallas, Texas with a 40-hour work week. Please note that this position requires office presence at least 5 days per week and is only offered at the posted locations – No relocation is provided.

Compensation: $87,200.00 - $130,800.00 USD Annual. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide interpretation of contractual terms and conditions and produce Work Orders with precise instructions.
  • Act as the point of contact for construction changes and inquiries from contractors or internal teams.
  • Ensure contract work complies with AT&T standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Conduct quality inspections of contract work and refer safety issues immediately to the contracting firm.
  • Coordinate invoice payments and the change order process, including monitoring inventory and ordering materials as necessary.
  • Provide customer support by addressing concerns, liaising with local municipalities, and coordinating pre- and post-construction inspections.
  • Participate in a Duty Roster rotation and manage out-of-hours/weekend restoration of outside plant damage.
  • Supervise technicians during their Duty Roster rotation and report to second or third level management.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing contract resources in construction or digital electronics activities, including installation, maintenance, and modifications of Outside Plant (OSP) systems.
  • Typically a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent network experience; Technical degree preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of network-related technical experience.
