Membership Sales Specialist

Position Overview

Team Member (Sales and Front Desk) is the go‐to team member for production and club experience. During your shift, you will work with your Club Manager to assist customers with joining the gym, help current members with membership issues, and always show a “happy to help” attitude. You’ll work together to ensure exceptional service and maintain one of the cleanest gyms ever!

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers through our CRM, provide gym tours, and present all membership and personal training options.
• Collaborate as a team to reach club goals and learn consultative selling techniques in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Drive new memberships to exceed monthly goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Qualifications

• Experience with customer service (preferred).
• Ability to operate a computer.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Optimistic, outgoing, very organized, and a good listener.
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Work Environment

• Light lifting may be required (up to 50 lbs).
• Standing for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work a varied schedule to support team needs.
• Assist the Service Specialist Team when needed.
