ENTRY LEVEL Part Time Social Media and Marketing Associate

Position Overview

Entry Level Position – Must be 15 years of age or older to apply.* We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for creativity, social media, marketing, community building, and excellent communication skills. This role blends social media marketing with front desk responsibilities at a world-class, growing fitness company. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a hybrid team member for social media marketing and front desk support.
• Greet everyone entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms using Canva.
• Present the Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) concept to interested consumers (“intros”).
• Manage front desk duties including answering phones and assisting members.
• Give studio tours and follow up with prospective clients.
• Handle member concerns professionally with a focus on resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Ensure all studio areas are kept clean and organized.

Required Qualifications

• Must be 15 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 12 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience is a plus, though training will be provided.
