Position Overview

New Discovery Labs, based in Maryland and specializing in molecular diagnostics, is on a mission to empower healthcare providers with fast, accurate, and comprehensive PCR testing. We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Representative for a full-time position located on-site in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will drive growth by building strong client relationships, promoting our diagnostic services, and ensuring every sample receives meticulous care.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Promote our diagnostic services and drive sales goals.
• Connect with healthcare providers and deliver effective presentations.
• Handle customer inquiries and collaborate with the marketing team on strategy execution.
• Train clients and stakeholders on the benefits and usage of our services.

Required Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with ability to engage effectively with healthcare providers and clients.
• Proven experience in Sales with the ability to generate leads, meet targets, and build lasting relationships.
• Robust Sales & Marketing skills, including executing campaigns and developing strategies to drive growth.
• Experience in training clients or stakeholders to ensure effective product/service understanding.
• Proactive mindset with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
