Job Description

Position Overview

Established in 2004, OLIVER is the world's first and only specialist in designing, building, and running bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands. As part of the Brandtech Group, OLIVER leverages cutting-edge AI technology to drive creativity, enhance efficiency, and produce innovative results. In this role as a Multimedia Designer, you will work remotely from the US to create powerful visual narratives and dynamic multimedia content for a global financial and investment services account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-impact video content and motion graphics ranging from short social clips to long-form educational content.
  • Design multimedia assets for paid social campaigns, emails, websites, and native digital platforms across global markets.
  • Develop interactive digital experiences, including videos, quizzes, calculators, and other engaging multimedia formats.
  • Translate complex financial information into visually accessible and engaging stories.
  • Adapt creative content for various platform specifications while ensuring consistent brand standards.
  • Shape multimedia storytelling strategies for emerging platforms and pilot new content formats.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, strategists, and cross-functional teams to elevate creative content.
  • Stay updated on trends in AI, design tools, and multimedia technology to continually enhance content strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in motion graphics and video editing (e.g., After Effects) with a strong portfolio showcasing creative storytelling across various formats.
  • Experience designing and producing static digital assets alongside dynamic multimedia content.
  • Ability to translate abstract financial concepts into compelling visual narratives without relying on industry stereotypes.
  • Strong understanding of digital ad specifications across social platforms and experience adapting content to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with copywriters, designers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Runway, LucidLink, and Frame.io.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to new technologies, including AI-driven creative tools, while maintaining brand guidelines.
  • Exposure to interactive or experiential digital content creation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the investment and financial services industry, enabling accurate and engaging visual translation of financial concepts.
  • Candidates with varied levels of experience are encouraged to apply; formal degrees are welcome but not required.
