Job Description
Position Overview
As a Part Time Customer Service Associate, you will interact with our customers to provide world‐class service by offering helpful, courteous, and quality assistance. You will be flexing into various roles—from processing rentals and returns to greeting customers and offering local information—to ensure a seamless experience at our rental car center.
Compensation: $17.00 hourly
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world‐class customer service by managing the rental (and occasionally return) process in compliance with company policies.
- Welcome each customer with a smile and represent the brand with professional appearance and behavior.
- Ensure every customer receives a clean and safe vehicle every time.
- Take immediate ownership of customer issues and resolve them promptly.
- Utilize approved sales and service techniques to identify customer needs and offer optional products.
- Prepare and review all rental and return documents accurately.
- Assist customers with directions, maps, and local area information.
- Answer phone calls in a friendly, helpful, and prompt manner.
- Coordinate customer flow to minimize wait times and promote efficient service.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for customer service and attention to detail—going the extra mile.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targeted goals.
- Strong computer proficiency, including typing skills and ability to navigate multiple systems while multitasking.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling various tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills with a proven team orientation.
- 100% customer focus with demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and stand for long periods.
