Position Overview

Retail and Event Marketing Promoter - Greater Orange County, CA. Are you outgoing? Do you love helping people? We’re looking for talented marketers to join the Retail & Event Marketing Team at Renewal by Andersen, the #1 Window and Door Manufacturer in the country. This part-time flexible role is hosted at our premier event locations throughout Orange County and offers an awesome opportunity to earn fantastic money while representing a product you can believe in. The more appointments you set, the more you earn.

Compensation: Earn $17 hourly plus up to $1,000 weekly commission based on performance. Base pay is influenced by factors including experience, education, geographic location, and certifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers in-store and at event locations.
  • Set appointments for a no-cost consultation with a Renewal by Andersen window expert.
  • Participate in our paid training and implement proven marketing methodologies.
  • Follow up with customers and provide feedback for next steps.
  • Represent Renewal by Andersen with enthusiasm and professionalism in all interactions.

Required Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • A true people person with excellent communication skills.
  • Motivated to help build the Renewal by Andersen footprint.
  • A dedicated and dependable team player.
  • Availability during weekends (weekday shifts also available) and for part-time hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
