Position Overview

Kickstart your career by joining Accenture’s Apprenticeship Program – a full-time, year-long salaried position providing a structured “earn and learn” experience. Accenture is seeking candidates without a 4-year college degree who are curious, creative, detail oriented, and collaborative. Participate in mentorship, formal learning, on-the-job training, and ongoing coaching – all in an in‐person environment at your local office.

Key Responsibilities

• Closely analyze and test new components or enhancements to existing IT modules.
• Assist in analyzing organizational processes and systems to assess and integrate business models with technology.
• Learn programming skills, modern frameworks, and design thinking to build application portions that solve client business and IT challenges.
• Support the design of communication experiences to reach targeted audiences across multiple platforms.
• Monitor account activities to maintain client data protection and information security standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to help clients understand business performance, promote data-driven decisions, and design effective solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Current 2024 Accenture Skills to Succeed intern
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A passion to learn every stage of the Service Delivery Lifecycle and a creative approach to problem solving.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical skills to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within teams.

• Compensation:Varies by office location, skill set, and experience. Hourly Rate Ranges include:

  $23.44 to $36.06;
  

  Colorado:

  $23.44 to $31.25;
  

  District of Columbia:

  $24.96 to $33.18;
  

  Maryland:

  $21.70 to $28.85;
  

  New York:

  $23.44 to $36.06;
  

  Washington:

  $24.96 to $33.18.
