LPN/ RN JOB for Multiple Locations

Position Overview

LPN/Registered Nurse needed to join Bright Life Home Care INC, an Accredited National Home Health Care Agency serving Tampa, Sun City, Haines City, New Port Richey, Zephyrhills, and Brandon areas in Florida. This role plays a key part in providing exceptional in‐home patient care during both day and night shifts. New graduates are welcome and free in-house training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Participate in the nursing process by planning, implementing, evaluating patient care, and maintaining accurate clinical records.
• Administer treatments and medications as prescribed.
• Prepare clinical and progress notes for the patient’s record.
• Report changes in patients’ conditions to the supervising RN.
• Follow agency policies including the Code of Conduct and infection control guidelines (as per CDC recommendations).
• Assess and manage patients experiencing pain.
• Adhere to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising RN.

Required Qualifications

• Copy of Professional License
• Current Automobile Insurance
• Valid Driver's License
• CPR Certification
• Understanding of Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementia care
• Level 2 Background Screening
• PPD

Preferred Qualifications

• Vent, Trach, and G Tube experience is helpful
