The Kolb Agency is looking for driven digital sales representatives to join our team and help protect families nationwide through life & health insurance, financial planning, and retirement solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one mentorship for every agent
• Offer virtual and in-person training sessions
• Work exclusively with warm leads and meet virtually with clients
• Assist with applications and design customized policies for clients

Required Qualifications

• Valid Life & Health Insurance License in your state (or willingness to obtain one)
