Quality Inspectors - Automotive Inspection

Position Overview

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has several immediate openings for Quality Inspectors in Detroit, MI. This role is responsible for providing quality services and support at manufacturing or warehouse sites while ensuring a healthy and safe work environment. Compensation: $15 - $16 per hour (based on site location). All shifts are available.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria.
• Check/inspect manufactured parts or products for defects.
• Read and follow work instructions and general processes.
• Use measuring or testing equipment as needed.
• Ensure products meet quality standards.
• Display excellent customer service.
• Comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies.
• Collect and record data.
• Utilize the company portal for time recording and policy acknowledgements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of handling sensitive and confidential material.
• Ability to walk, stand for long periods, bend, lift, twist, and move freely.
• Ability to periodically lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent recommended or comparable work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints is a plus.
