Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account management and service needs, including education on wireless devices and introduction of new services.

- Become an expert on all AT&T products and services, effectively communicating their value to potential customers.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecast future sales, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
