Position Overview
Work2BeWell (W2BW) is a Providence program designed to empower teens by providing educational tools, resources, and opportunities for community engagement. As the Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will support W2BW’s communication efforts — including social media (e.g., FB, Twitter, IG, LinkedIn), newsletters, content planning, project management, and event campaign marketing — while ensuring teen perspectives are represented through our National Student Advisory Council. Join our team at Providence Oregon Regional Shared Services to help deliver patient-focused, whole-person care in an environment where every voice matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Support communication efforts for W2BW through social media, newsletters, and content planning.
- Manage project planning and execution for community engagement and event campaign marketing.
- Develop and execute comprehensive communications and social media strategies.
- Collaborate with the National Student Advisory Council to incorporate teen voices in programmatic activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a communication role with extensive writing responsibilities.
- At least 2 years of account management experience.
- Proven project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong carrier background with an understanding of operations, underwriting, medical management, and regulatory requirements.

- Compensation: $30.15 - $46.13 base pay range. Additional compensation, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities, may be available.
