Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office space, including reception area and conference rooms.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective office operations.
  • Keep track of office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and staff members, relaying important information and messages accurately.
  • Take initiative in identifying and resolving any issues or problems that may arise.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Attend training and development programs to improve job knowledge and skills.
