As a Finance Manager supporting technology, you will be at the heart of our investments and vendor management efforts.
You will oversee business cases, manage workloads across the team, and ensure seamless coordination between business units and enterprise planning.
Your goal will be to mature the investment process, provide greater transparency, and help teams work toward a unified source of truth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning & analysis for complex cross-functional programs, coordinating with FP&A, peer Finance teams, and business partners to develop and deliver business cases and status updates
  • Own, prepare, and communicate complex analysis to support critical business initiatives and decisions
  • Present leadership updates regarding initiatives, programs, and projects
  • Develop and manage a 3-year software roadmap
  • Mature our vendor management and analytics within the technology space
  • Foster cross-functional relationship management across FP&A teams and business partners
  • Provide coaching to team members and peers

Required Qualifications

  • Progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and business planning
  • 7 years of applicable industry experience
  • 3 years contributing to and leading cross-functional teams
  • 3 years making recommendations to and influencing decision makers
  • 3 years of prior management or supervision experience
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial management including financial analysis, variance analysis, cost allocation, fact-finding or auditing, and contract and price negotiation
  • 3-5 years of budgeting and forecasting
  • Prior management or supervision experience preferred but not required
