Position Overview

PMA USA, a group of extraordinarily successful representatives across the nation, is expanding its team. We are seeking a driven Insurance Sales Representative ready to embark on a rewarding journey with comprehensive training and unwavering support. As part of our commitment, you will receive abonusof $400 per week during your initial six weeks (totaling $2,400), in addition to commission earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell PMA’s voluntary insurance products, helping families safeguard their finances.
• Engage with local and national mentors to enhance your financial and sales expertise.
• Utilize our lead and sales management tools to track appointments, identify prospects, and follow up with clients.
• Attend comprehensive training sessions and maintain daily one-on-one engagements with dedicated Training Managers.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets to unlock rapid career advancement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle
• Ability to travel Monday – Thursday and work nights
• GED or High School Diploma
• Business professional or sales experience
