This hybrid role, based in our Indianapolis office with up to 30% travel, offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive event plans and manage logistics from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships for catering, transportation, hotels, and event rentals.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and optimizing costs.
  • Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and teardown to ensure a positive attendee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, brand, product, channel marketing, etc.) to align event goals.
  • Conduct post-event analysis to gather feedback and identify improvements for future events.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred with 3+ years in marketing, ideally with event management experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, vendors, and deadlines.
  • Proven expertise in event planning, including vendor and project management as well as budget oversight.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

Compensation & Job Details

Compensation: $49,500.00 - $77,660.00 USD (Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, education, geographic location, and skills.)
