Position Overview

This role supports the department by analyzing and reporting on data, ensuring accurate tracking and effective communication between analytical and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes, verifies, tracks and reports on department-related databases and software.
• Identifies strategies for evaluation of key performance indicators (KPI’s), quality metrics, outcomes evaluation, and population management studies.
• Develops technical and functional specifications based on business requirements and analysis of technical workflows.
• Identifies issues in data quality that may impact reporting (e.g., duplicate records, missing data).
• Determines methods of data visualization and applies presentation principles to effectively communicate project outcomes to management.
• Maintains trends and tracks various measures to maximize database capabilities.
• Integrates additional programs to streamline back end processes.
• Serves as a liaison between departmental analytical needs and technical data storage systems.
• Operates under general guidance with varied work assignments requiring independent decision-making.
• Performs related duties as required, with all responsibilities considered essential under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 1-3 yearsof relevant experience required.
