Warehouse Picker/Packer

Position Overview

Salary: $17.50/hour

Keefe Group is a division of TKC Holdings, Inc. and the industry leader in the commissary market. We run an essential business serving our communities and customers. We are seeking operations team members to join our warehouse and distribution environment. Our positions are essential in a non-retail and non-public environment, and all employees are provided with PPE.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:45pm (overtime as needed)

Compensation: Competitive pay includes hourly compensation, weekly performance-based bonus, regular opportunities for overtime at the corresponding rate, regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels, weekly pay every Thursday, holiday pay for company-recognized holidays, and the DailyPay option for immediate access to earned wages.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks including unloading, receiving, and putting away products as part of the inbound operations team.
• Select products for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks.
• Manage inventory by counting products and correcting discrepancies.
• Utilize technology and learn WMS systems by using mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, and tablets.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform additional duties as determined by the needs of the business.
• Must have experience with picking/packing within a warehouse.
• Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment and lift up to 50lbs.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Willingness to obtain forklift and material handling equipment certification.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) is preferred.
