Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for Novo Nordisk's pharmaceutical products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key opportunities and trends in the healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing plans.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets for various campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make adjustments as needed.

  • Train and mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance and support in achieving team goals.
  • Continuously seek out new opportunities for growth and innovation in the healthcare market.
  • Represent Novo Nordisk at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products and mission.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all marketing activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of marketing activities and results to senior management.
