As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will support the health and well-being of our clients through direct care services.Job Type: Full-time. MADO Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete rounds every 2 hours in an accurate and timely fashion
• Complete daily room assignments, ensuring rooms are organized and clean
• Conduct thorough room checks to ensure client wellness and cleanliness
• Perform linen changes as mandated by facility policy
• Monitor and track clients' progress with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Conduct vital sign monitoring as assigned or needed
• Report any abnormal behaviors or medical issues in a timely manner
• Monitor the floor to ensure all safety measures are in place
• Work all shifts as available

Required Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
