Green Lightning Energy is a small, early-stage solar company in New Hampshire. Because we are a startup without stable cash flows, we are looking for an entrepreneurial professional who wants to build a market from the ground up and share directly in the financial success of the company.

Position Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated Marketing and Sales Manager to drive our growth in New Hampshire. This is a 100% commission-only role designed for a true self-starter. You will operate with near-total autonomy and will receive relatively little day-to-day administrative support. Your primary responsibility will be to establish our marketing strategy, build a pipeline of solar leads, and lead the sales process to close deals. This position requires a high degree of independence and regular travel throughout the state.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a marketing strategy to generate residential and commercial solar leads.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial consultation to closing the contract.
  • Travel extensively throughout New Hampshire to meet face-to-face with prospective customers.
  • Operate independently to manage your own schedule, pipeline, and daily operations.

Requirements

  • A strong passion for sales and marketing.
  • Willingness to relocate to New Hampshire immediately if currently living out of state.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision or administrative support.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a willingness to spend significant time on the road.
  • Resilience and comfort with a commission-only compensation structure.
