Inside Sales Representative- Construction

Based in Phoenix, AZ, we are seeking a reliable Inside Salesperson to support our sales team that will deliver competitive proposals that drive our success across the Western U.S. and Canada.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with Sales and Management team to ensure a great and seamless customer experience
• Communicate with customers via email and phone
• Prepare quotes
• Learn and maintain a solid knowledge of company offerings and products
• Follow up with customers, as necessary
• Use the company’s CRM and software
• Ability to negotiate and overcome customer objectives
• Organize and manage a high volume of customer and outside sales demands

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• Sales experience required
• College Degree preferred
• Bidding experience is a huge plus—strong understanding of bid processes, cost analysis, and market conditions.
• General math skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel, Adobe, and ERP/bidding software.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

High School Diploma or GED: is required. We require a drug/alcohol test and a background check as a condition to employment.
