Outside Customer Service Associate

We are seeking an Outside Customer Service Associate to be the face of our car wash.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, energetic, and sales-driven, with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. You will interact directly with customers, promote memberships and services, and help create a positive, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Actively sell car wash memberships, packages, and upgrades
• Clearly explain services, promotions, and benefits to customers
• Create a positive first impression and build customer loyalty
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–5 years of customer service and/or sales experience required
• Strong verbal communication and people skills
• Outgoing, confident, and enthusiastic personality
• Proven ability to upsell and close sales
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working outdoors
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
