Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Monrovia, California. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and hiring top talent while fostering positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. This is a long-term contract position, offering an opportunity to contribute to building a diverse and effective workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers and provide support throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Post job openings across various platforms to attract candidates with a range of experience.
- Review resumes and applications to identify individuals whose skills align with open positions.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Communicate company values and culture effectively to prospective hires.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Actively promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage and streamline recruitment efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing.
- Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices and strategies.
- Strong ability to identify and attract top talent using various sourcing methods.
- Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
