Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, creative-minded marketer with a passion for sports to support Deloitte’s US sponsorship portfolio. In this role you will work across portfolio strategy, sponsorship insights, activation planning, and new opportunity onboarding. You will help drive objectives through thoughtful evaluation of current and future sponsorship investments while collaborating with diverse stakeholders. You'll join Deloitte’s Brand, Marketing & Communications team—a group that combines creative innovation with business insights to elevate the Deloitte brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in developing and assessing sponsorship plans.
  • Support the evaluation and valuation of current and new sponsorship opportunities, including white space analysis and database maintenance.
  • Assist in negotiations, asset identification, and renewal processes.
  • Build, monitor, and optimize sponsorship insights through syndicated and competitive research to inform strategy and reporting.
  • Manage existing cross-sponsorship activations and develop new strategic campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support net-new sponsorship onboarding and lead additional projects as requested by leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sports or sponsorships.
  • Proven experience in strategic marketing, project management, and integrated marketing.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong writing and collaboration skills.
  • Deep passion for sponsorship, brand, and sports marketing.
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with complex projects.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
