Outside Sales Representative - Commercial HVAC
Trevor Frances Recruitment is looking for an energetic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to cover the U.S.A and grow market share in the commercial HVAC industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization providing advanced detection and safety technology solutions across multiple industries.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with existing market partners and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on potential leads.
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Conduct site visits, present solutions, and provide product demonstrations.
- Manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
What We're Looking For
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage time and territory effectively.
- Comfortable cold calling, presenting solutions, and visiting commercial sites.
- Technical curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in commercial HVAC sales or detection technology is a plus.
