We are seeking a technically strong Marketing Operations Specialist that is excited to take on a wide range of operational responsibilities across digital marketing channels. Youll be deeply involved in campaign execution, QA, tracking, reporting, and system optimization, while continuously learning new tools and processes. Success in this role requires a strong appetite for growth, comfort wearing many hats, and a curiosity for how emerging technologies particularly AI and automation can eliminate manual work and improve marketing efficiency. This is a handson operations role for someone who leads with technical aptitude, adapts quickly, and is motivated to build scalable, datadriven marketing systems.

Qualifications
- Experience with Qualified or other chat/intent platforms
- Experience helping automate repetitive operations tasks
- Familiarity with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools
- 12 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or a related technical marketing support role
- Handson experience supporting digital marketing campaigns from an operational standpoint, including setup, QA, and tracking
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo or similar tools for campaign creation, management, reporting, and execution
- Tech savvy, with a strong desire to learn Marketing processes and carry numerous responsibilities on a team
- Exposure to marketing automation, workflow automation, or AIdriven tools
- Comfort working with Excel or spreadsheets for reporting, data validation, and analysis
- Strong soft skills: collaborative, respectful, coachable, and professional
- Able to work 2-3 days a week onsite
