Candidate Relationship Manager

We’re looking for a Candidate Relationship Manager to support our travel healthcare professionals (HCPs) after placement and throughout their assignment lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go‑to support person, solving problems, and building long‑term relationships.

As a Candidate Relationship Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals once they’re on assignment. Your focus will be on proactive support, issue resolution, and retention - helping ensure assignments run smoothly and setting up successful extensions or redeployments.

This is a relationship‑driven, retention‑focused role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting HCPs on Assignment
• Serve as the main point of contact for travel HCPs post‑placement
• Conduct regular check‑ins by phone, text, and email
• Resolve day‑to‑day issues (facility concerns, scheduling, housing coordination, etc.)
• Advocate for HCPs and escalate issues when needed

Driving Retention & Extensions

• Track assignment end dates and begin extension conversations 4–6 weeks out
• Identify HCPs open to extensions or rebooking
• Partner with recruiters to coordinate extensions and resubmissions

Team & Systems Collaboration

• Work closely with recruiting, credentialing, and compliance teams
• Maintain accurate records and notes in the ATS/CRM
• Spot trends that impact HCP satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare staffing, account management, care coordination, or customer success
• Strong verbal communication and relationship‑building skills
• High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple relationships
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations and problem‑solve effectively

Nice to Have

• Experience in travel nursing or allied healthcare staffing
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems
• Background in retention, client success, or account management
