The Hoffmann Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, is seeking driven sales representatives to help protect families across the nation. In this commission-based role, you will promote various forms of life and health insurance, mortgage protection, and financial advisement while benefiting from a compensation structure that includes uncapped commissions paid daily. Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one mentorship to all agents.
- Deliver virtual and in-person training.
- Work with warm leads from families who have requested coverage.
- Meet virtually with families and protect them with appropriate products.
- Maintain flexible hours in a dynamic work environment.

Required Qualifications
